This series is designed to build strength and stamina through held postures, create a little self-made heat, and move out the residual kinks our bodies take on throughout the day through slow, integrated flow. We’ll wind down with savasana and a meditation so you leave felling balanced, refreshed, and present. All levels are welcome. Expect a more active practice.
$100 for full series or $20 class drop-in option (for both please pre-register for the dates you will be attending as space is limited).
