Class may include pranayama (breath practices), mudras (hand postures), mantra and short meditation, in addition to asana (postures). The style is Viniyoga in nature and may incorporate somatics and mini-flows with an alignment focus. We may use 'the wall' and chairs as props. There is always substantial savasana (final resting pose). This is an 8 week series.
