Led by C-IAYT Yoga Therapist Daphne Fairbanks, this 75 min class may include pranayama (breath practices), mudras (hand postures), mantra and short meditation, in addition to asana (postures). The style is Viniyoga in nature and may incorporate somatics and mini-flows with an alignment focus. We may use 'the wall' and chairs as props. There is always a substantial savasana (final resting pose).
