Mondays, 4:30 -5:30, ongoing: Classes may include pranayama (breath practices), mudras (hand postures), mantra and short meditation, in addition to asana (postures). The style is Viniyoga in nature and may incorporate somatics and mini-flows with an alignment focus. We have the ability to incorporate 'the wall' and chairs into practice. And, of course, there will be a substantial savasana (final relaxation). Class size limited to 6.
